- Apply to clean, dry face in the evening
- Retinol may increase your skin's sensitivity to sunlight - use sunscreen the next day (at least SPF 20)
The skin may initially be sensitive to retinol. To slowly get you used to it, make sure to follow these steps:
- Week 1: Use twice a week
- Week 2: Use every other day
- Week 3: The cream can now be used every evening (depending on the skin tolerance)
- It is normal to experience redness, dryness, or a tingling sensation at the beginning. If this happens, stop using the face cream for a few days and then less regularly
- In case of strong and persistent reactions, do not use the night cream any more and consult a doctor if necessary
- Avoid contact with eyes and lips
- Do not use with other retinol products
